CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT FOR EUROPE
- Shipping costs are calculated per box.
- The shipping costs are valid for 1 box.
- The boxes can reach the maximum weight of 30 kg or the size of 200 cm (we refer to the sum of the three sides of the box)
- Whenever possible, we will send the entire order in 1 box.
- Each additional box increases the shipping cost.
- If it is necessary to send more than 1 box, to send the order, we will contact the customer, to communicate the additional cost.
- Free shipping refers to the first box

Orders that are placed, and payment is confirmed, on weekdays before 16:00h, will be processed the same day. Otherwise they will be processed the next business day.
Shipping cost calculations to the Canary Islands and Europe are limited by a maximum weight. For other conditions, we will contact the buyer to notify the cost of excess weight. To calculate this limitation, the actual weight in kilos, or the volumetric weight, will be taken into account. The greater of both data will limit the maximum weight. To calculate the volumetric weight, multiply the centimeters high x width x depth / 3000. The result will be the volumetric weight of the box.
