PRICES
It is understood by units and euros. The prices shown are net Distribution Sales Prices (P.V.D.), and do not include VAT or other taxes or fees.

The postage of the orders requested by another agency other than the one that THE COMPANY has contracted, will be paid by the consignee.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Orders must have been paid in full for the shipment of the merchandise. Payments are accepted by Transfer or Bank Deposit, payment by card or payment with Paypal (3% surcharge). 

SERVICE TERMS
Orders will be processed within one (working) day, and sent by the corresponding transport agency depending on the destination of the order.
In general, items in stock purchased and paid for before 4:00 p.m. will be shipped that same day by urgent 24-hour transport. If the order is confirmed or paid for after 4:00 p.m., it will be shipped the next business day. The client must send the receipt or notification of payment, before 4:00 p.m. to be able to process your order that same day..

CLAIMS 
The period to notify claims, incidents, breakages, malfunctions, damage, etc., will be 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise by the buyer. To make a notification, the client must send an email to info@regalizdistribuciones.com, providing all the necessary information for the process. In case of breakages or malfunctions, images of the damaged product will be requested. THE COMPANY, will decide the procedure to follow, for the replacement or refund of the amount of the damaged product.

RETURNS

To process the return, the buyer must send an email to the address info@regalizdistribuciones.com, indicating the customer's data, purchase data, data of the product that he wants to return, also indicating the reason for which he requests the return. Once THE COMPANY notifies the acceptance of the return, the buyer must return the merchandise affected by the return, with its corresponding packaging and everything that originally accompanies the product. Once the return is received and reviewed, THE COMPANY will make the payment for the amount paid by the customer.

Transportation costs for the return of the merchandise will be borne by the customer.

APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
The fact of acceptance of our general conditions of sale, implies, in case of dispute, submission to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of A Coruña (Spain), waiving its own jurisdiction..

PRICE-CATALOGUE

This tariff-catalog cancels the previous ones. THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify the rate as many times as necessary, without prior notice to its customers.
